Delivery & Returns

When will my order arrive?

Your order will be released for production after payment has been received.
The production of your personalized products usually takes approx. 2–5 working days.
Your package will then be shipped Monday through Friday with DHL in Europe and UPS in USA.

Delivery time varies by destination country:

  • Germany: Shipping time according to DHL approx. 1–3 working days. Shipping costs 3.33 €, free for orders over 69 €.

  • Austria: Shipping time according to DHL approx. 3–5 working days. Shipping costs 5.55 €, free for orders over 99 €.

  • Switzerland: Shipping time according to DHL approx. 4–7 working days. Shipping costs 7.77 €, free for orders over 99 €. Please note that for deliveries to Switzerland, additional customs duties, taxes and fees may apply, which are to be borne by the buyer.

  • Europe: (France, Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Poland, Sweden, Denmark, United Kingdom, Finland, Belgium, Portugal, Ireland, Luxembourg, Croatia, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Norway) Shipping time according to DHL approx. 4–8 working days. Shipping costs 6.66 €, free for orders over 99 €. Please note that for deliveries, additional customs duties, taxes and fees may apply, which are to be borne by the buyer.

  • USA: Shipping time according to DHL approx. 4–8 working days. Shipping costs 5.55 $, free for orders over 99 $. Please note that for deliveries to the USA, additional customs duties, taxes and fees may apply, which are to be borne by the buyer.

The stated delivery times apply from the day following the payment instruction for normal order volumes.
No delivery on Sundays and public holidays.


How does the return process work?

Your order does not contain a pre-printed return label.
According to German law (§ 355 BGB), you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts (online purchases).

A cost-effective return option would be, for example, with Deutsche Post as a "Warensendung" (merchandise shipment) or "Maxi-Briefsendung" (maxi-letter shipment).

For a return, simply send the package either by post or another parcel service to the following address:

Once the return has arrived, we will check the goods for defects within 3 working days (items must be returned with tags & in original packaging) and refund paid amounts within 4 working days. The refund will always be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase.


Reasons for exclusion or expiry

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

Sustainability

All garments from Social Surprise are made to order in Germany and produced using high-quality printing methods to avoid overproduction and waste. Our shipping is plastic-free and environmentally conscious. Our textiles are Made in Europe.

Care instructions

Wash the garment at 30ºC inside out to protect the print. Make sure to wash it only with similar colors. Do not use bleach or fabric softener, as these could damage the fabric and print. It is best to air dry the garment. For a long-lasting, high-quality look, we recommend completely avoiding ironing the printed area. Iron inside out.
