When will my order arrive?
After payment is received, your order will be released for production, which takes approximately 1 business day to complete. Shipping takes place on business days after production via DHL. According to DHL, shipping time is approx. 2-3 business days. The stated delivery times apply from the day following the payment instruction for normal order volumes. No deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. Shipping costs €3.33 and is free for orders over €70.
How do returns work?
Your order does not contain a pre-printed return label.
According to German law (§ 355 BGB), you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts (online purchases).
A cost-effective return option would be, for example, with Deutsche Post as a "Warensendung" (merchandise shipment) or "Maxi-Briefsendung" (maxi letter shipment).
